Details

UUG’s initial focus is on establishing and maintaining regional chapters in the key game development cities of San Francisco, Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto, with plans to branch out to other top locales soon thereafter. To kick off the Montreal chapter, UUG is hosting a premiere Unity Skills Development Workshop to support current and aspiring developers in honing their skills with help from Unity experts.

The entire initiative will be framed within a "web-ready" context, exploring how tools like Unity are enabling developers to create, market and monetize console-like browser content for a growing audience of online and mobile gamers.

DON'T FORGET -- the Unity Skills Development Workshop is followed by a Unity Users Group Networking Event the evening of Monday, Nov. 16 with Unity Technologies' CEO and co-founder David Helgason.

Admission for the networking event is $10. This includes a free drink, eats and a chance to win a Unity License valued at $1,500!
